Big bowl of fresh beans (preferably just picked otherwise about 400gm) 
Half a block of feta cheese
Chilli flakes (or 1 seeded fresh chilli if feeling brave)
2 cloves of garlic
2 Tblspns Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Destring beans and cut into halves.  Steam until just tender an a large pot of water (about 6 - 8 mins).  Meanwhile in a small frypan sizzle oil, garlic and chilli until golden.  Break up feta into rough chunks about  1-2 cm (1/2 inch thick) and set aside.  Drain beans, and pour into serving dish.  Add fried garlic and chilli and crumbled feta.  Toss to coat beans and add a final swirl of olive oil .  Season to taste and serve.
