Another event on Sesame Street and another fabulous recipe from my beautiful neighbour LIZ...
They all say that a squirrel is just a possum with a bad press agent. Well, Liz is my Martha, who needs a fabulous press agent...This woman can cook, and her hubby can decorate-so between the two of them, we have a Home Beautiful Magazine xo
Liz's Punch                                                               
  1. 1 cup vodka                                                                    
  2. 1/2 cup Triple Sec                                                          
  3. 1 bottle Prosecco                                                           
  4. 1 cup Cranberry Juice Cocktail (more to taste)       Splash to taste and for color
  5. Juice of 1 - 2 limes - or more for taste                         
  6. 1 bottle Club Soda                                               
  7. 1/2 cup orange juice - or more, to taste.                     
  8. Serve with ice and a lime slice

You can doctor this any old way.  Use lemons instead of lime, another liquor instead of triple sec, white rum instead of vodka, etc.
"I think the Prosecco and the club soda keep it light and refreshing."

CURRY CHUTNEY SPREAD/DIP

Pantry must haves
Chutney
Coconut

Base
8oz softened cream cheese
3 tablespoons of Mayonaise 
3 tablespoons of sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons of curry 

Mix together and let it stand for 2 hours - 2days

To the base, add the following
3/4 cup of chopped cocktails nuts (smoked house almonds)
3/4 cup chopped raisins
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup of bacon bits (optional)

Directions
Mix together. form into any shape you want on a serving dish.

Frost, with chutney and sprinkle coconut on top... Serve a room temp with crackers...
