The Freeman Family Jalapeno Cheese Dip. 
 
 Saute til done, over low heat:
  1 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage
   
 Meanwhile, in a large pot over low heat, warm:
      1 can mushroom soup
      1 can Rotel tomatoes w/ peppers (original recipe)
  
 Add:
      1 lb. Velveeta cheese (mild Mexican flavored if you can find it, if not, just plain)
      1 lb. Monterey Jack w/ jalapeno peppers
 
   When cheeses are melted, add the cooked sausage.
 
   Serve warm w/ corn chips
