The FAMOUS Philly Fluff 

Pantry Must haves 
3 Sticks of butter- Room Temp
8 oz of cream cheese- room temp
3 cups of caster sugar
6 large eggs- room temp
1/3 cup of confectioners sugar (icing sugar)
3 cups of cake flour (self raising)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract


DIRECTIONS 
Preheat oven 325F
Grease doughnut hole cake tin (angel food tin)
Cream together butter and cream cheese
Add Sugars and mix until fluffy
Add Eggs, one at a time
Add flour, salt, vanillia and Almond extracts
Bake for 1 hour & 40 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
Once cooled, decorated with sifted icing sugar
