Balsamic oregano with garlic vinaigrette
  • 2/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and dijon mustard.  Season to taste with salt and pepper and add the oregano.  Please be aware that we make this for a large batch of dressing, so quantity may be too much for your needs.  

We use this dressing for our Baby Spinach with Goat Cheese & Grilled Chicken signature salad, but it tastes delicious with any other ingredients.
