In Australia, Chocolate Pudding is a delicious warm cake which is baked in a rich chocolate sauce...
Pantry Must Haves
1 cup of plain (all Purpose) Flour
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
4 Tablespoons Cocoa powder
1 Cup of Whole Milk
85g or 3 oz of butter (melted)
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 1/2 cups of light brown sugar
3 tablespoons Dutch Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 cups of boiling water
Ice cream OR fresh pouring cream
Directions- Preheat Oven to 350F (180c)
Make the Cake
In the same cake bowl, add cocoa, brown sugar and boiling water. Mix with a spoon and pour over cake mixture.
Bake for 25-35minutes at 350 F.
SERVE: Warm with cream or ice-cream. Sprinkle on some Cacao Nibs for an extra crunch xo
